How to apply Simulatenouly X,Y and Z excitation load in optistruct

I am performing random vibration analysis in optistruct but I want to apply simultaneously X,Y and Z excitation load in optistruct.

Which card I have to use in optistruct?. I have used RLOAD 2 card.
