ERROR 14 in Optistruct

After running a Check on Optistruct, I am unable to complete the check due to an ERROR 14 -- I am not too sure what this error is for!!? Is it an issue with not having assigned a temp file -- if so how do I go about assigning one?? Would appreciate any help out there.

    Check the .out file, you will see more information about the ERROR there.
