I want to extract the reaction forces at the assembly level bolts (not at the mounting locations which can be determined by SPCF). Can anyone suggest how to extract?    Thanks in advance

    Hi Shashi,

You can use GPFORCE to get force balance output. Goto Controlcards>> global_output_request>> GPFORCE to output grid point forces.

Thanks for the response Mr. Prakash.

I have tried with this option and i got the below results in .gpf file at a particular grip point for gravity load of 30g in Y-direction.

The table looks to me to be giving us the element type and the various force components,

Why not contour the result in HyperView to understand,

Is it really possible to see the reaction forces in contour at mountings?

Yes, you should see spcf in the result type in HyperView, you can contour it and also query the value at required nodes.
