How to define the grvaitational force

we have created load collectors and defined card image as Gravity where we provided g value as 9810 mm/sec^2 and direction in Y axis.

Also defined load steps.( through support 1= Gravity collector no) while solvning this we are getting the following error.

WARNING: GRAV SID 3 is not referenced by Case Control.

ERROR # 23 FROM SUBROUTINE renum2

SID 3 is referenced by SUPORT1, but is not referenced by any bulk data.

kindly provide your valuable suggestion for the same.

    Hi,

    Please select the GRAV load collector in the LOAD option in the subcase. I think it is mis selected to an SPC option.

    I have defined correct load collectors in the subcase. still i am getting error.

    I will send the HM and Output file to altair supports thro mail.
