Missing input file

As a new Optistruct user, I am not familiar with its errors. After doing what's written on a tutorial for another application, I get this message when I check my model:

'Could not find /tmp ...Please create

...

Error #9013 from subroutine filnamrd

Missign input file

Exit code 3'

I want to know what is my mistake or where I can find explanations about errors.

I have found my mistake. For information, 'Error 3' means that you save your file without '.fem'. Hypermesh never add the extention to your file, you have to put it by yourself in hypermesh or in your explorer.
