Dear,

I have problem with ossmotth. I already finished my optimization calculations in optistruct

but I do not know how to prepare a nice smotth design in ossmoth.

I run ossmooth like this:

Select Solver from the Applications pull-down menu.

Click the switch and select OSSmooth.

After input file=, enter <prefix>.oss.

Click solve.

but the result is pretty harsh model. how to get a smotth design?

do i need to change some parameters?

You can go to ossmooth panel directly (instead of running it from solver panel) to extract the geometry, Post page->OSSMOOTH. You can adjust the parameters there. The default parameter setup normally works fine. More information about ossmooth is available in the help.
