is there a possibility to use an Eigenfrequency as response (or even as objective), which is calculated from an UNCONSTRAINED design (where you would use the seventh frequency (6 rigid body modes))?

Yes. You can define a 'frequency' response in optimization->response panel and select the mode number (7 in your case).
