Optistruct error !! 503 Zero Pivoting

hi friends , I am having the following error in my model,, Please help me out..

Exactly zero pivoting encountered during Numerical Factorization;

the model may have rigid body mode.

Solver error no. = -503

spc set id = 0

index = 1

Dnt know what to do !!

check your loads and especially boundary conditions, maybe because of your bc's.
