I am trying to setup a simple model of a tank full of water to test a coupled fluid/solid modal analysis.

BasicallY I have a model of a bottle filled with water. The solver will be Nastran, but I would consider also other solvers. The model that I set up is made with SOL 107 for complex direct eigenvalues and MAT10 for the liquid. I have been twickening the ACMODL card and now the model find the interfaces etc.... but it still says that it is missing a SET of data????

Anybody has a tutorial about modal analysis of a glass full of water?

Try using SPH elements or ALE in our Radioss solver and you will likely get faster/better assistance in this forum than you will using Nastran [-x

I did find the solution which uses MAT10, SOL 110, EIGRL and EIGC. It seems to work OK. It will take a while before that we validate it. I would like to share my example .hm file. Are there any ways to do that in this forum?

You can post the file on a file sharing website, then post the link to it in the forum.
