Block 100-Impact analysis error

I am trying impact analysis in block 100 format i got the below error.help me to solve this error if possible guide me on this

Approximately you're using wrong material for your element. Maybe shell for solid elements...

But please look for your assingnment between material-component.

looks like you have not assigned the mass on a node. please check this.
