Why are my particles disappearing while simulation although my time step is 20%

Hello, 
Hopefully you are doing well. I am having problems with EDEM. I have setup 3 particles for an auger mixing simulation. I have used a cylinder as static factory. But when I start to simulate the particles are  disappearing after 0.3s or 0.1s sometimes. How can I fix it? I have attached the EDEM file down below. Any help is very appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Sabiar,

The simulation deck looks good to me expect in all 3 factories same material is called and in updated file changed to 3 different materials in 3 different factories and fixed time step =3.5e-6 (18.027%). the deck solved for small looks good to me.

can you please try running and let me know it works or not.
