Pre-tensioned spring in RADIOSS Bulk Data format?

Is it possible to create a pre-tensioned spring to simulate bolt tension in the bulk data format? I see there is a pre-tension element in Block 90 format but my model will need significant updating after conversion due to a significant amount of connectors and gap elements.

    as i know it is possible in version 11, but for older releases i'm not sure
