CAD mesh associativity

Hi,

Import a prt file from UG in HM.

Mesh the prt file.

Take the part file back to UG and do some minor modification.

Bring it back to HM.

Now I want the previous mesh to be directly applied on this part file (and it should change to fit in the minor modification done)

We cant do the modification in HM, prt file has to go back to UG for modification.

Can someone suggest on how to do this.

What about doing the minor modifications directly in HM on mesh level using morphing technology?

2 problems,

1. Sometimes a CAD software gives me better options to do the change even if it is minor

2. I lose the mapping between by CAD data and CAE data if i directly modify CAE data.
