Running the hyperextrude

I'm trying to go through the tutorial for Friction stir welding. I have created the model and set the BCs and everything. But to solve the problem in HX:

In one step this is what I have to do:

STEP 6: Load the Lodel to HyperXtrude

1. Using a command window, go to the location of your work directory.

2. At the command prompt, type %hx -I butt_joint.tcl

HyperXtrude launches and loads the tcl file.

I really dont understand how to carry this out. can anyone help me out?

just start up a dos command prompt, change directory to the one you save the model file then type the command line
