License server manager 15.5 installation blocked

I want to update my license server manager to 15.5  (from 14)

I have a Microsoft Windows Server 2016 (64-bit) " CPU " GB Ram

 

The installation proces remain blocked after a while..(SEE ATTACHED)

 

I have unistalled the older version
