Non-Linear Material Examples

Does anyone have any examples of a RADIOSS Block Data (Block 90) non-linear material properties (coefficients) for a simple bi-kinematic aluminum? I'm not familiar with all the coefficients in the elas_plas_johns_zeril card to confidently build the material at this time. Thanks.
