Runnin Hypermesh 11 in domain

Hi,

since few days I am running Hypermesh 11 on domain standard user account. It takes at least 5 minutes before program starts. Looks like there is problem with authorization. I have tried different setting when running but always the same. On adminsitrator account works immediately.

What can be reason and how to improve it? System is Win 7 x64 Pro

    The same problem is seen in one of our computers also. I think you're right, this is an authentication problem about dns server. Tell IT to check your account settings etc. When I try with my account to log on that system and run HyperMesh or HyperCrash it opens very quickly but with my friend's account it takes about 5 mins. as you said to make it open.

    Try to remove on the machine where the issue occurs this file:

    C:\ProgramData\x-formation\ss.USERNAME.lock (where USERNAME is the 'username of the user')
