Rendering problem

Hi,

something strange now is happening.....

when lunching the rendering i get the following message:

'Unable to create the output file'

I can't render please help....

Hi Davide,

Is it just this file? Or is there an issue with all the files? If it is just this one can you send it to me to have a look?

During the switch to this new forum site a few of the post were not transfered over so I will post them here to update this thread.

Hi Davidesign80,

If you are still having this issue you can remove the solidThinking configuration file and restart the program. The file is located in your program files. Here is a sample path for reference: C:\Program Files (x86)\solidThinking\8.5\sT. The file is named solidThinking and is a text file. I would suggest to place the file on your desktop rather than deleting it until you know that have the correct file and solves your issue.

I'm thinking it is related to the file path names. Have you renamed your hard drive? It would be helpful if you could select File>Open in solidThinking and browse to a file you wish to open, but only click on the file once to select it. Then press CMD+I to open the information window. The file path name is included here. Copy and paste the entire path here to have a look at it.
