Plot Force x Displacement Impact Analysis

Its build a force versus displacement graph in RADIOSS to an impact analysis?

Hi Felipeds,

 

If you want to plot Reaction Force Vs Displacement as a X-Y plot, then you have to request Radioss to write the outputs in a time history file.

 

Please refer to the keyword /TH/NODE to request the time history outputs for nodes.

 

From the main menu bar click on Tools > Create Cards > TH > NODE > enter a name for the group and select the node of interest > Create >edit > enter the VAR ( DEF for displacement / REACZ for reaction force in Z-direction etc ..Refer to the keyword /TH/NODE for complete list of time history variables) and then, in the engine file request the /TFILE to be written at the time frequency of interest.
