We are aware of this issue and will release a maintenance pack for Inspire 2014 which works on Yosemite.

A new service release supporting Mac OSX 10.10 for both Evolve and Inspire are available on our website (build #3966). The previously listed supported platforms was an oversight and has also been corrected. Sorry for the confusion.
