Hi Malli,
Are you using 32 bit machine for the analysis?
if yes, I would suggest you to run the job on 64 bit machine as 32 bit machines cannot allocate memory more than 2GB
also, please check that the current job requires atleast 1.5GB RAM where as the available RAM is 1GB. So, increase the memory to run the job.

Thank You for the reply.
The machine was 64 bit.
We changed the scratch directory path to another drive where 30GB space was available, After this change the job was completed successfully.
