Displacement instead of load

Hi,

 

I have created a rubber material with  pbush1D.

 

I need to apply a displacement on element/ node instead of force for running a static analysis.

 

So how can I define displacement to the element/ node ?

try 'constraints' and set a non-zero value for the desired DOFs

So for running for analysis only spc should I call?

Is it enough for running the analysis?
