Hi Umang,
Since you are new to this tool I recommend you to download our free ebooks on RADIOSS and Practical Aspects of FEA. The basic theory concepts to explicit analysis is well covered in these books. You can download them at : http://www.altairuniversity.com/free-ebooks-2/
Also, you can take our learning and certification course on RADIOSS where all the concepts are well covered with examples and interactive video tutorials. Please access them at http://certification.altairuniversity.com/
Along with the video series shared in the last reply, please go through http://www.altairuniversity.com/learning-library/2017-winter-directed-learning-webinar-series-crash-analysis-with-radioss/ which is a webinar on Crash Analysis with RADIOSS. The preprocessing is done in HyperCrash and this webinar covers the review and interpretation of results also.
As a beginner, you can start with a simple model that is Modeling and Analysis of Honeycomb Impact Attenuator. The model files and tutorial can be accessed at http://www.altairuniversity.com/learning-library/modeling-and-analysis-of-honeycomb-impact-attenuator/
