How to apply uniformly varying loads

Hi,

I want to know how to apply uniformly varying loads for static analysis. This might be simple but I really dont know how to apply.

Can anyone please give a step by step answer.

Hi Bharat,

There is no simple way to apply directly UVL. To apply UVL, you should try hand calulations.For example, take simple beam. Take no of nodes in to which you meshed beam in to elements. Calculate at each of these points, what load comes on the beam from UVL by hand calulation. Apply it as concentratred load. You have done in the drawing bending moment diagrams in strength of materials. Simillar approach can be used for another applications.
