i did everything on tutorial but i have errors on bottle drop tutorial.

i fixed it error 639 but now there are error 42 , how can i fix it

Looks like components have incompatible entities. Can you share the model file?

i did everything on tutorial but i had so much error then i changed element type on 3D to penta6dg then i changed properties to p20_tshell with Isolid=15 then became 2 errors

The problem is with the penta elements.
PENTA6 is somehow causing the problem and update penta element type to PENTA6DG. This works.

I try to learn Radioss via tutorials. I run RD-3560 tutorial yesterday. But running have not finished yet . I think, the model is not big so running process should not take long time. Is there any problem? you can see .out file in attc.

From the out file we can see that the time step has drastically dropped, and that's why the run is taking more time to complete.
This time step drop can be because of an element, a node or an interface.
•For an element, check the related material (especially its Young modulus and density in case of an elastic-plastic material; and its viscosity in case of a visco-elastic material). There must not be an error in the units system that this data is given in.
Check the size of the element, since elemental length is proportional to time step.
•For a node, check the characteristics of connected elements. If the node is on the master side or the slave side of an interface, this interface must be verified.
•For an interface, the gap of the interface must be verified if some failure happens on the master or the slave side of the interface.
Once this is cleared you can run the simulation without time step being dropped.
In this case, it is an element and you can check the parameters mentioned. If the issue persist, please share the model file.

When i completed all my procedure on bottle drop test it still shows one error ie., error 178 (error in part definition property). Even though thickness is assigned. Plz help me out

Can you check whether /PART card image is assigned to the components?
If it is assigned, please check whether property and material are assigned to component(s). Also, check the compatibility of property, elements used, material etc...

The file runs fine at my end. This could be due to version issues.
Please apply property and try again
