after launching Radioss with a model i created i get an error,i don't know what the problem is.

This error is trapped due to the modelling issues. Please share the model file so that we can review it.

This error is due to the interface defined. If you are trying for an edge to edge interface please define the same with Interface Type 11.

i changed the interface type to 11 but the problem was not resolved

Hi Phil,
There are other modelling errors also in the model. The material law (/MAT/LAW3) is incompatible and you have assigned solid property to shell elements.
Please correct all these modelling errors in the model.
I'm attaching a basic tutorial on RADIOSS, along with the model file for practice. Please go through it so that you will become familiar working with the RADIOSS solver.

Hi,
Please perform a model checking in HyperMesh. From Tools Menu>Model Checker, where it display the possible starter errors which you can rectify.
