Error #4002 in Optistruct

I got the error # 4002 in my simulation and i can not figure out the Problem. My hm-file is atteched to this post. I hope somebody can help me.

    Hello,

     

    your example is not really nonlinear (except contact), so NLGEOM isn't the favor. (Try NLSTAT instead).

    But you can run the example with NLGEOM, i have maked the following changes:

     

    Material: input a Nu (i have tried 0.3 for both materials)

    Geometry: put the parts together (no big gaps between the solids, maybe 1e-3)

    Contact: change MORIENT to opengap and SRCHDIS to 0.1 (a little bit bigger then the gap)

    Boundary conditions: constrain the upper plate also in X and Z (otherwise there are to many unconstrained dofs)

    NLPARM: i have set NINC to 10 and MAXITER to 25
