Howto output Thermal Expansion Coef for RBE2 ?

Hi,

Within NASTRAN profile, I would like to output Thermal Expansion Coefficient for each RBE2 element.

Already tried with PSOLID, PSHELL, PROD,... propperties, but I can't got RBE2 with ALPHA (see screenshot)

Any help will be appreciated!

HI,

ALPHA field is available for RBE2 when you card edit it.

Hi,

as i know thermal expansion effects are taken into account only for LAGRANGE method.

Try to insert

RIGID=LAGRAN
