Hi I've just bought an academic license but have not received a PIN number. I can't run the software without it. I've tried to register through node-lock (Non-academic), but I am not sure that will work. Can anyone tell me how to register, or how to get a a PIN?

Hi Dean, if you purchased your personal academic license you don't need any PIN code.

Just register at the following web page:

www.solidthinking.com/register

Click the button in the middle (Nodelock licenses) and fill all the fields.

You will receive the registration e-mail with your Response code.

Hi Antonio, Thanks for this. I have received an email from solidthinking tech support, but it is only a confirmation of the information I sent, and there is no challenge response phrase included. Any idea how long it takes them to generate a license no.? When should I expect to hear back from them?

Hi Dean, I verified that your registration was correctly sent.

This kind of license is processed manually. It is not an automatic e-mail as it is if you have the PIN. May be that you refer to that.
