Shaded elements and mesh lines doesn't display correctly

How to make this mesh display back to normal?
When I click Shaded elements and mesh lines, the meshes will become all black.
I've tried to reset Hypermsh setting back to default, but it didn't work.
Any suggestions would be really be appreciated!

Try to zoom in?
I just tried, zooming in doesn't work. The elements are still black. I tried a simpler model.

Version Hyperworks? OS? Graphic card?

Are you sure your graphic card is found in supported hardware list for Hyperworks?
Could your share the model? I would like to check that on my hardware.

The graphic card shold support this Hyperworks since it used to work fine. I think I clicked some button, and it turned into this way...
the model is attached (it's a ls dyna file).
Thanks!

Imported your .k file within my Hypermesh 2017.2 no problem. See screenshots.

The problem is that it's all balck when k file is loaded on my computer...
Do you know how to solve this?

I don't know. Maybe the hardware issue?
I use HW 2017.2 Windows 7 x64 with NVIDIA Quadro 2000M 2048M DDR3, laptop Thinkpad W520.

Did you fix this? Was it a hardware problem??
Hi, I didn't solve this issue... I am not sure if this is a hardware problem as hypermesh worked fine when I installed it at the very beginning. But some time later, this issue occured

Hello,
Can you please update to the latest version and check.
Thankyou
