Hi Guys,

I have a patran .ses file that contains groups. I want to play (import) that session file into hypermesh. What is the best way to do this in hypermesh.

^^I found this reference about creating sets in Hyperview from Patran session files.

Not sure if this will work, but you can create a bdf file from Patran which then can be imported in to HM. Once the entities are imported, open HV and create sets by importing .ses file. Switch back to HM and hopefully the sets information will be preserved.

If the above works, please post a feedback so that there will be a record of it working for future.
