How to make a load time history plot ?

Thank you for sharing the files.
You are applying load on a free node which doesn't make any sense.
Move the load to any nearest node and try again. Attached is the result with the load applied to the nearest node.

I will suggest to first solve static analysis and under static analysis if it is in persmissible region then go for cyclic loading. I dont get why you are applying a point load whereas load will be distributed over a particular region. You need to divide your load properly.

Definately you have to distribute the load properly according to real time condition. Observe the real time boundary condition and then apply the loads accordingly.
