Can i fix 'normal termination error' problem?

when i solve a problem with radioss, i get this message after 14-18 animation file. How can i fix this problem? Or can i rerun my analysis last reset file?

    hi,

     

    you could rerun your analysis if you use explicit solver, just add a 'rerun' option into your engine file (i.e. replace 'run' to 'rerun'). error code is important also, if any.
