Dear sir,

 

 I have to take RMS values from Hypergraph How can i take RMS values?

    Various curve statistics including RMS is calculated default for each curve and this can be accessed through the Statistics panel.

    thanks for ur reply sir,

     

     

     i will tell abt my project deeply,

     

    i am doing transient analysis for bearing model. my loading in ' Z' direction.

     

    after transient i am converting transient to Frequency domain through FFT by using Hypergraph. for my velocity plot i need RMS Velocity but presently i ma taking 3 curves resultant vales then i am plotting graph, please tell me how to take RMS v/s Frequency Directly.

    Hi Pradeep,

    It is possible to take RMS value from Hypergraph.

     

    Please refer the tutorial OS-1325: Random Response Analysis of a Flat Plate where the steps are  described on how to obtain and post-process the RMS and PSD results in HyperView.
