how to apply pressure along hoop direction

I need to apply pressure along hoop direction on a cylinder. pressure value vary along Z. Z is height of cylinder. And i do like below
 
Analysis -> Pressure -> equation = z ->Y-axis ->a cylindrical system.

But pressure generated is like below picture, and not along hoop direction, why? how can i do it correctly? thank  you.

just ignore  the cylindrical system and switch pressure direction to N1N2N3 (no select == direction is element normal)

so direction will be centripetal
