Hi,

I got an I/O error from the Optistruct solver approximately 5 hours after I started the job.

 *** ERROR # 161 ***
 I/O error from buffered direct access read
    File's unit number =     46
         Record number =   3985
           Buffer size = 131072
         Access option =      2
        I/O error code =     39
    Most of the time this is caused by insufficient disk space or some
    other system resource related limitations.
 This error was detected in subroutine dabfrd2.
 ****  ABORTING RUN DUE TO UNEXPECTED ERROR CONDITION  ****
 Timeout ALARM

 ==== Job completed ====

How would I be able to rectify this error?

Thanks,

    Hi Nisarg,

    Looks like space for scratch files is insufficient..You can add another directory or use TMPDIR
