I use math nonlinear and contact as shown below, set the curve material but solve nonlinear, the result does not converge, but the problem of linear static, then the result. So you could comment for me to solve this problem.

Can you increase the NINC in NLPARM and check if the analysis converges?

I calculated the model. use the NLSTAT. The result shows that the model can normally converge, But the contact has problems, I recommend using Pcont card to control.
