what type of elements are you using?

Jacobian is the deviation of an element from its ideal or 'perfect' shape.

One way is the remesh the failed elements.

One can use Auto QA in the morph options panel, 

The Auto QA subpanel holds options related to automatic checking and adjustment of element quality during morphing.

You can use the check negative jacobian box, Whenever a morphing operation is performed, HyperMorph will check the model for elements with negative Jacobians. If one or more elements with a negative jacobian are found, an error will be reported and HyperMesh will be paused until you click the mouse button.  If you do not want this check to occur, such as if you are running a batch script, you can turn the check off.

Hi Sagar,

You can save the support documents in pdf form by clicking the printer icon on top right corner and then select 'save as PDF' in printer selection column (provided that you have adobe reader installed on your computer).
