Element volume heat source

Hello,

 

I want to define a heat source in a volume. To do that i define a body force for a solid. Then I open the Element Set of the solid and I associate this body force to the solid. But after mesh I review the element volume heat source and I can see that all nodes have a value 0. I don`t know how can I give the values for all the nodes, because define the value of all the nodes one by one is imposible (there are a lot of nodes).

The element-heat-source viewed in AcuConsole is if you assign a heat source to each individual volume element.  In most cases, users will not be doing that.  With the standard per-unit-volume or per-unit-mass heat source as a body force, you will see the appropriate results when you run the solver.  There is no visual feedback for that in AcuConsole.  You can also request Element-Output from the volumes as you can for surfaces, and look at the integrated quantities to verify the heat source is applied correctly.
