Error 54 - please help

Hello everyone,

I am trying to set up a car impact simulation using hypermesh. But i had an error 54.

I found some ways to config it in our forum, such as: assign fully properties and materials, change card image to 'part',..

I tried but nothing can help me solve it.

Here is my starter files.

Someone can help me, please.

Hi Johny,

Please update the elements from the element types panel. To update existing element types, select all the elements and click update (Separately select 1D and 2D&3D radio buttons in the panel and update). Element types will be updated across the RADIOSS configuration. Please find the image below. Make sure you are in RADIOSS user profile.

For the 1d elements in the model (springs, weld elements..) you have to assign property. And please recheck all the rigid bodies in the model. Also, please check the interface in the model.

I tried to update 1D and 2D&3D elements as this pics.

But still this error when run solver.

Please look at it

Hi,

The error attached in image is due to the RBODY element ID 59644 is having master node on the mesh node itself. recreate this using calculate node option.

Try the run again.

I changed all 1D element to 'RBODY' adn used calculate option to creat them

But it couldnt run still

I don't believe. Send us your updated model file after check & repair these

- any free 1D? (panel F10>1d>free)

- menu tools>model checker> radioss:

* any common master node rigid?

* /inter/type7 slave nodes defined?

* check all other warnings

If you do not understand thoughtfully, have a look on some tutorial in HW Help first
