I am working on bird strike analysis by using Radioss. I received following Warning message.
WARNING ** BUCKET FAILED, QUADRATIC SEARCH
What can I do to overcome this warning ?
Any suggestions ?
I don't use RADIOSS (LS-Dyna user) but it sounds like a contact search failure (bucket search) and RADIOSS switch to quadratic search.
Normaly it is only a warning and not a problem (maybe lose of speed).
You can try to redefine contact areas, maybe some more and smaller.

I tried to run the model by redifining the contact its showing the same warning as mentioned below and not giving any results also.

Have you find out the reason of the warning message?
I have the same problem in a woody sphere water entry....and can't find out how to overcome the warning.
i'm using Radioss block 120
