Please check the interface you have defined.
Slave nodes are grouped as node set and master segment as surface group. Please check this.
the type2 contact is not taking in to account, because the load is not transferring to the adjacent part where I have created contacts..
See attached screenshot and try for Type 10. Check element compatibility as well.

Type 7 contact is used for only Nodes to surface. Is there any contact type used for Automatic Surface to surface contact(As in Ls dyna) ?
For creating a self interface in RADIOSS you can use Type 7 interface. Choose same components for the master and slave while defining Type 7 interface.

Thanks for your reply. In Type7 if we choose the components inner nodes of the components also selected(For 3D). is this will increase the machine run time ?
When a contact is defined, that is once these master slave sets are identified the algorithm will check these locations for potential penetration of a slave node through a master segment, and this check is done in every time step and so there will not be much difference in computation time.
