Import/export Step Files Problem

Hello,

 

first, i export the shape who's named A in step format. When i re-import it, i get the shape in red. How is it possible ?

    We continuously update our translators, so just a couple quick questions first.

     

    Are you on Windows or Mac?

     

    What version and build number of Evolve are you using (you can find the information in the About page)?

     

    What program is the exported file going to be read into?

    Hello,

     

    i'm on Windows. i'm using Version 2014 build 3792 (64-bit ).

    In the R&D departement we are using Creo ( PTC ).

     

    I can see this problem only with Evolve when i export this object in step or iges ( named A in my construction history ) and when i re-import it, it's not the same object.

     

    did you see this problem with my attached file ?

    Hi,

     

    This was an exporting issue from one of our technology providers that has been fixed and is included in the latest version of Evolve 2014 (build #3875).

     

    I am sending you an email directly with the exported file.
