Meanwhile please upgrade to HyperWorks 14.0 where great effort has been placed to maximize stability in the application. And try to import the file in the same.

When I import this file into Hypercrash 12.0. i can ignore note from program and I can continue use Hypercrash
I am not getting any issues in 14.0 version.
