Unfolding A Surface

Hello, i've been recently exploring Evolve and i guess if is it possible to unfold such a surface or project it to 2D. thanks!

    We currently do not have a tool specifically to flatten a surface to create patterns.  We do have some deformation tools like stretch that can create a fairly straight surface from a curved surface, but I assume you are looking for something that will be completely 2D to use for creating patterns.

    Oh, i see, well it would be nice to include a feature like that on further versions of evolve, it`s on our wishlist. meanwhile i'll be exploring what i can achive with that stretch command,   image/emoticons/default_wink.png' alt=';)' srcset='/emoticons/wink@2x.png 2x' width='20' height='20'>
