is it possible to combine two loadsteps? In the first loadstep I want to apply a pressure as a linear static problem and in the second loadstep, I want to apply a force as a nonlinear quasi static problem. How can I combine these steps?
I don't know if i got you right, but you might do the following:
- create two (or more) loadsteps
- create the things you need for optimization
- when choosing a response, take the 'weighted version' - e.g. weighted displacement or weighted freq.resp.. Then you have to input the values for the weight of each single loadstep.
Yes, it is possible.
