I tried prepare similar model, setup was exactly the same but after first contact, snap-fit started deform, this is OK, but snap-fit continue in deformation instead of copy shape of surface as in video above. Does someone have idea, what I do bad ?

actually I am trying to simulate the snap-fit force analysis with a similar model.
The problem is that the slave part penetrates into the master part.
