Error when run the simulation in AcuSolve with symmetry boundary condition

Hello everybody, 

 

I'm  the newbie to use the HyperWorks software. Currently I use this software to run the CFD simulation for my project which is air flow pass through the louver. The boundary condition was successful created and assigned. Meshing checking is OK. Assigned the fluid into the model also not have problem. Successful to export the model to AcuConsole and identify the parameter. 

 

The problem faced when start to run the AcuSolve for simulation and error message appeared and terminated the simulation. May I know waht is mean by 'Symmetry is not a panner'.

    The BC type = symmetry is used for a single planar surface (such that the surface tris describe a single normal direction).  If you want all your outer boundaries to be in the same 'set', you should use type = slip instead of symmetry.  You can separate the four sides into separate 'sets', then you can use symmetry on each of those four sets indiviudally.
