Acusolve heat and mass transfer models

Hi. I would like to learn more about AcuSolve heat and mass transfer models to simulate the drying process, especially what has been used in this tutorial: ACU-T: 6106 AcuSolve - EDEM Bidirectional Coupling with Mass Transfer

Could anyone please recommend some books or journal papers that describe the theoretical background on heat and mass transfer?

I have found the AcuSolve heat transfer theory on the manual page:

I’m trying to find the mass transfer model in AcuSolve that simulate the evaporation process. What equations are used in the mass transfer model? Any guidance is appreciated!
