Could anyone please recommend some books or journal papers that describe the theoretical background on heat and mass transfer?

I have found the AcuSolve heat transfer theory on the manual page:

I’m trying to find the mass transfer model in AcuSolve that simulate the evaporation process. What equations are used in the mass transfer model? Any guidance is appreciated!
