Composite Failure in HW 13

Hello guys,

 

I'm currently optimizing a cfrp monocoque for our formula student team. After the free size optimization I wanted to check the composite failure, but I can't find cfailure in the control cards as it was in the previous version.

 

How can I get results for the composite failure in Hyperworks 13 to look at in HyperView?

    Hi Jan,

     

    Open the solver deck in notepad or any text editor and add CFAILURE and DEBUG lines as shown in the image below:

    Hi,

     

    Which file is the solver deck exactly? Is this a file of the model or is this to be found in the program files?

    For Optistruct .fem is the solver deck file which needs to open in text editor.This file would be available when you submit run or export from Optistruct user profile.
